Our guest cottage, just steps from the Inn has two separate 1 bedroom units. The South efficiency has an oversized jacuzzi. The North efficiency can be opened to combine with the South unit.

Our restaurant features the best of what the north fork has to offer, fresh produce and seafood, and outstanding local wines. Casual outdoor dining is available on our wrap around porch. The restaurant is open year round and takes reservations for Holiday parties and special events.
A pub style menu is available in our separate bar area, which opens to a spacious wood deck in a garden setting.
All rooms have air-conditioning, private baths, daily maid service and cable TV.

There are more than a dozen vineyards just a short drive from us. On Saturday evenings you can star gaze at the Custer Institute Observatory, where they have the darkest skies of any observatory on Long Island.
